Vegetarian Black Bean Soup Ingredients 1 pound of Black Beans (tourtle) 1 teaspoon salt 2 cups diced onion 4 liters of water 1 teaspoon minced garlic DIRECTIONS In a big pot put the water to boil with the 2 pounds of beans Mix in onion and garlic. Boil for 2 hr. until the beans are soft. Check from time to time if it is sufficient water for the soup. the liquids most be thick (if is not the consistents of a cream soup let it boil until the desire thickness) at the end of the boiling process ad the salt. let it cool and drain the liquids to another pot (Don't true the liquids) for serving Heat the Beans soup to Boil again. put 2 spoons of beans in each bowl garnishe with Sour Cream and Fetta Cheese 1.- Twist: for more spicy flavor. Garnish with Minced Jalapeno Peppers and avocado dip. 2.- Twist Garnish with Minced boiled egg.
