Chipotle Chicken Wings

24 chicken wings

2 cup hot Chipotle Sauce

1 cup Honey

1 Cup of Mayo

Vegetable oil

DIRECTIONS

Chipotle peppers or sauce

Buy the chipotle peppers ready at the Latin or Mexican store

Blend the hole can of chipotle peppers until a smooth paste or sauce

then;

Pour oil to a depth of 5-inches into a Dutch oven; heat to 375*F (190*C).

Fry chicken 5 minutes; drain on paper towels, and cool slightly.

Place in a large heavy-duty zip-top plastic bag; add 1 cup hot Chipotle Sauce,

then 1 cup of Honey and shake to coat.

Put in oven 5 minutes or Micro-oven for 2 minutes

Ingredients for the chipote mayo dip

1 cup mayo

1 cup Chipotle Sauce blended

in a blender mix mayo and the chipotle sauce

serve with the chicken wings as a side dip.

Makes 6 to 8 servings.

Then enjoy the Super Bowl.
