where Caesar Cardini had a thriving restaurant busines and had invented a famous

salad dresing.

Using this dressing and a unique combination of other ingredientes

Alexander Cardini invented the salad in honour of the

pilots of Rockwell field Air Base at San Diego California

This Salad was First Known as "Aviator's Salad"

It then became popularly known and copied as "Caesar Salad"

This Salad was never taested Before in Italy.

and is not an Authentic Mexican Salad.
