Fresh Hot Salsa.The Most Popular Salsa in Mexican Kitchen. INGREDIENTS4 cups chopped peeled fresh tomatoes 1/4 cup finely chopped onion 1 jalapeno pepper or Serrano Peppers seeded and finely chopped 1 tablespoon olive or vegetable oil 1 teaspoon salt 1 garlic clove, minced 1 Bunch of Cilantro. DIRECTIONSChop, Peppers , onions, Cilantro and Tomatoes. In a bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well. Let stand for about 1 hour. Serve at room temperature. Store in a covered container in the refrigerator no more than 2 Days. |
